At H2O CPH, we’re looking for people who want to help bring the house to life—with words, with hands, with presence.

As a volunteer, you become a co-creator of an open, screen-free, and diverse space where culture grows in the meeting between people. Some develop events, others produce and run them. And some keep the current flowing by taking bar shifts, helping with practical tasks, or looking after the house. Everything creates movement. Everything sends ripples through the water.

At H2O, volunteering is a pathway to creative expression, integration, and new communities.

As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to…

– be part of a creative, diverse, and welcoming community
– help out at events: bar, ticket sales, event execution, backstage
– develop or co-produce cultural projects
– take part in workshops and knowledge sharing
– use our spaces for your own ideas and collaborations
– gain access to more than 200 annual events (when space allows)
– contribute to a house built on engagement, courage, and curiosity

To help the community flow smoothly, we hope that you…

– can take three shifts over six months
– meet others with openness
– bring either your creative skills, your practical hands—or both
– help us create the atmosphere that makes H2O come alive
